Great Beef Patties

Chopped onion + butter, add plastic wrap and place in the microwave for 1 minute (600W). (Or saute soft onions with butter in a pot) minced beef + [group B] + onion from the first step, and evenly divide it into 2 patties.

Fry on medium-low heat for 2 minutes on one side, then turn over and cover on low heat for 8 minutes.

◆Note: When making beef patties, press a concave mark in the middle. When it is cooked, the concave in the middle will protrude. Just look at this to judge if you are familiar!

Take out the meatloaf, add [Group C], and cook a sauce.
Tips:
Pour the sauce on the beef patties! It can be served with rice or beef burgers!
Mirin can be replaced with rice wine + sugar. If not, it will fall down.
