Beef Celery Congee
1.
The quail eggs are cooked and set aside. Wash the coriander and cut into sections. Marinate with a little salt and soy sauce to taste better
2.
Wash celery, cut into pieces, mince beef, add salt, soy sauce, starch, mix well
3.
Put the celery in the hot oil and stir fry
4.
Pour in the cooked white porridge. The porridge is thinner (remember)
5.
After boiling, add beef and cook until the thickness is just right, turn off the heat
6.
Add quail eggs and coriander, and cook~
Tips:
I like to eat thinner, more water when cooking the porridge, because the beef needs to be cooked for a while
