Beef Cold Noodles

Raw noodles are cooked in a pot under water and fished out

Rinse the noodles with clean water several times to drain the water, then stir with sesame oil

Garlic, vinegar, light soy sauce, oil consumption, five-spice powder, peanut butter mixed into seasoning
4.
Pour carrots and cucumber shreds onto the noodles
5.
Pour the sauce onto the noodles
6.
Add lettuce and beef slices and mix well
Tips:
1. I rinse the noodles with straight drinking water, preferably iced and boiled.\n2. Add salt to the water for cooking the noodles\n
