The taste of Korean fried noodles is a bit light and sweet, which is not suitable for my taste, so I adjusted a little on their basis. The taste is better and more fragrant than the outside. Our whole family agrees.

Korean Fried Noodles

1. Prepare materials

2. Minced pork, cut into small cubes for other dishes, smashed garlic, minced garlic, bun with spring sauce

3. Heat the pan with oil and fry minced meat, fry the meat until fragrant

4. Pour in the water and the spring sauce and stir evenly, add a tablespoon of granulated sugar, and boil it a little bit. The sugar here is your own choice. The spring sauce is a bit salty, so I added a little sugar to adjust the taste.

5. Pour in the diced mushrooms and diced vegetables, stir evenly, cover and cook for about 3 minutes, and wait for these few minutes to rise under another water pot

6. Pour in chili, onion and garlic, cook for about 3 minutes, and finally sprinkle in shallots, or scallions, whatever you like

7. The fragrant fried sauce is ready. Every time we cook here, our family will consciously sit at the table and wait. The whole room is full of sauce. This time I made a little bit more. It is very convenient to leave a meal in the refrigerator if you can't finish it.

8. The noodles are cooked thoroughly, pick up the water, drain the water and put it in a bowl, drizzle with the fried sauce, the fragrant and appetizing fried noodles are ready

Tips:

The spring sauce is relatively salty, so don't put any seasonings, only a little sugar to taste, everyone must pay attention to it, and try the taste while cooking
