Kidney beans are our favorite vegetable in Dalian when we were young. If we don't eat it for a while, we feel uncomfortable and itchy. There are not many Chinese supermarkets in the US, and some are not very new. Those who encounter group purchases should hurry up and buy some. They are much fresher than ours. If you can't finish it at a time, it's the most suitable to make braised noodles. Most people like to use pork belly or pork ribs for braised noodles. They have eaten these, and the time is tight in the morning, so they replaced the pork belly with beef slices that my daughter loves. In addition, the oil used to stir-fry kidney beans has been replaced with the scallion oil that I boiled before, which is more fragrant!

Ingredients

One-pot Braised Noodles

1. Cut all kinds of vegetables.

2. The garlic is slapped flat.

3. Scallion sauté pan.

4. Saute the garlic until fragrant. , It smells really good~

5. Add kidney beans and stir fry.

6. Add eryngii mushrooms and continue to stir fry.

7. Add soy sauce and dark soy sauce.

8. Add water, about four bowls of water for a small rice bowl, without vegetables.

9. Put carrots.

10. Cover the noodles and simmer for about 20 minutes.

11. During this period, the beef slices were cleaned and the blood was removed.

12. Add beef slices and simmer for about five minutes.

13. Get it done.

Tips:

Vegetables can be selected by yourself, as long as they are suitable for simmering.
Put enough water, otherwise it will stick to the pot.
