Braised Noodles in Iron Wok

Pork ribs in a pot under cold water, add ginger slices, cooking wine, and bring to a boil.

Skim the froth and cook on low heat for 10 minutes.

Heat up the pan and cook oil, and fry the lower ribs until golden. Add the prepared ginger slices, cinnamon bark, star anise, rock sugar and stir fry.

Add the beans, potato chips, and carrots and stir fry over high heat. Cook into cooking wine, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce. Pour a can of beer, add water to submerge the ingredients, and season with salt.

After the pot is boiled, turn to low heat and simmer for 10 minutes, add the noodles, cover the pot and simmer on low heat until the juice is collected.

Cook out in about 20 minutes. Sprinkle with coriander and red pepper.
