If you don’t want to stir-fry too many dishes and you want to be nutritious, then mix and match is a good choice. Today, I cooked a dish with edamame, beef, and tomato, which is very delicious.

Ingredients

Beef Edamame with Tomato Sauce

1. Prepare the ingredients used.

2. Add oil to the pan, heat slightly, and fry the minced beef in the pan until the flavor comes out.

3. Then add the edamame kernel, stew and fry until the flavor comes out.

4. Peel and dice tomatoes, add to the pot. Continue to simmer until the ingredients are cooked through. I didn't add water here, because the pot I used is very tight. If the pot is not well sealed, then add a little water to simmer, otherwise it will stick to the pot.

5. Finally, add salt to taste before starting the pan.

6. This way, a serving of beef edamame and tomato stew is complete.

Tips:

Edamame is a hard-to-cook ingredient, but it is easy to cook thoroughly after being thoroughly fried.
