Braised Rice with Sausage and Seasonal Vegetables is the most frequently eaten braised rice in our family. It is delicious and fragrant, with rich layers of texture, and can be eaten in a big bowl every time.

Braised Rice with Sausage and Seasonal Vegetables

1. Prepare the ingredients you need.

2. Soak the dried shiitake mushrooms in advance, slice the sausage and shiitake mushrooms, peel and dice the carrots, break the corn kernels and rinse the peas.

3. Rinse the rice 2 to 3 times and add the daily amount of water for cooking rice.

4. Add sausage, shiitake mushrooms, carrots, corn kernels and edamame.

5. Add 2/3 spoon of light soy sauce and 1/3 of dark soy sauce.

6. Add a pinch of salt and stir slightly.

7. Put it into the Elite Su Yan pot and activate the cooking button.

Tips:

The rice in the recipe is for two people, and the seasonings should be adjusted according to the amount of rice and personal taste preferences.
