Braised Rice with Sausage and Seasonal Vegetables

Prepare the ingredients you need.

Soak the dried shiitake mushrooms in advance, slice the sausage and shiitake mushrooms, peel and dice the carrots, break the corn kernels and rinse the peas.

Rinse the rice 2 to 3 times and add the daily amount of water for cooking rice.

Add sausage, shiitake mushrooms, carrots, corn kernels and edamame.

Add 2/3 spoon of light soy sauce and 1/3 of dark soy sauce.
