Beef Fried Noodles

Cut carrots into thin strips. Wash the mung bean sprouts and drain the water. The vegetables are randomly matched.

Cut cooked beef into small pieces. Shred the onion. If the raw beef is sliced into thin slices, you can add an appropriate amount of cooking oil to lock in the moisture.

Boil water, add a little salt, add the noodles and bring to a boil until they are ripe. With a hard core, it is better if there is alkali noodles. Cook fresh noodles with more water.

Tips: The water for cooking noodles should be wide, and the time should not be too long, with hard cores; flush cold water sufficiently to let it cool thoroughly, mix with a little oil, and fry it without sticking or sticking to the pan; mix the seasonings and vegetables at will.
