Let's mix beef filling first! Put beef filling in a large bowl, add appropriate amount of salt, 3 spoons of cooking wine, 2 spoons of light soy sauce, 1 spoon of dark soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of pepper, 1 teaspoon of oyster sauce, stir in one direction with chopsticks to make the meat filling stronger . Don't stir it back and forth! Otherwise, the mince is easy to "slack". After the adjustment, add the ground ginger instead of the green onions, then add the appropriate amount of sesame oil, 1 teaspoon of chicken powder, stir in one direction, and the beef filling is adjusted.

Wash the cleaned garlic sprouts, chop them into fine pieces, add them to the beef filling, follow the same pattern and stir evenly.

Take a small wonton wrapper, put it on the left hand, put an appropriate amount of filling, roll it up from one corner twice, then pinch the two corners together, press tightly, and a small wonton will be wrapped. For the wonton wrappers bought, the merchant will add a lot of starch to prevent sticking, so it is not easy to pinch it when repacking. When we pack it, we can dip one corner with chopsticks in some water, and then pack it again, it will be easier to stick. Together.

Put the right amount of water in the pot. After the high heat is boiled, put the wontons in the pot and cover the lid. After the pot opens, cook for 3 minutes, put 2 spoons of light soy sauce, 1 little balsamic vinegar, and I also put a little seaweed. You can leave it alone if you don’t like it. When the small wontons are cooked, add some sesame oil, put them in a bowl, and sprinkle with coriander.
