Chuanbei Jelly

Cut the jelly into strips and serve on a plate for later use

Prepare the seasoning

Mince garlic, chili and shallots and set aside.

Put the chili noodles, sesame seeds, minced garlic and chili together in a bowl

Splash the smoky oil on it and stir it evenly

Add salt, five-spice powder, balsamic vinegar, light soy sauce, purified water, and sugar to the bowl and mix well and set aside.

The sauce is poured on the jelly
