Beef in Golden Soup

Shallot, ginger, garlic, shredded

Tear the enoki mushrooms with hands, rinse with water and set aside

Beef rolls, I use my brain here. You can buy beef rolls in the supermarket or you can use them

Bring water to a boil, add salt and copy the enoki mushrooms, remove and set aside

Copy down the beef again, make it a little bit red to avoid the beef being too old for use

Start cooking oil, add green onion, ginger, garlic and stir fry, then add yellow pepper sauce and stir fry

Add appropriate amount of water to boil, add appropriate salt and monosodium glutamate, and taste the saltiness for yourself!

Pour enoki mushrooms and fat beef into water and remove
9.
Sprinkle some chopped green onion to decorate
Tips:
It's perfect and delicious, even if there is no soup left, you must use yellow pepper sauce (a certain treasure sells it very cheaply). If you like Ma Ma, you can add a hidden tool (Ma Jiao). Hope everyone likes it!
