Beef in Golden Soup

Blanch the enoki mushrooms and remove them

Beef rolls blanched and cooked in soup

Add ginger, garlic, yellow pepper and stir fry until fragrant

Pour the beef broth and add a few pickled peppers

Put the blanched enoki mushrooms
