Beef Jerky

We made ten catties of beef this time. We like to eat tendon skins, so we ordered some tendon skins when we bought them. If we make less, the seasoning will be reduced proportionally.

Cut the stubble along or diagonally into medium-thick and even strips, not too thin. If the stubble is too thick, the taste will be worse and the baking time will be longer. Put it in a container, put all the seasonings in, grab it with your hands, and marinate in refrigeration overnight. I marinated for about 12 hours. I forgot to take pictures in this step.

Then place it evenly in the baking tray, brush a little oil, and bake at 200 degrees. After 20 minutes, check the color, turn it over and continue to bake it when it becomes darker and dry. The total bake is about 40 minutes to 50 minutes, depending on the temperature and time. Depending on the oven.

Tips:
1. The taste is added or subtracted appropriately according to its own. The beef jerky is too light and not tasty, so adjust the salt by yourself. I made this one a bit heavy.
2. The heat and time depends on the oven, not absolute, mainly depends on the color of the meat, don't bake it.
