Beef Noodle Soup

For the beef broth, I use the leftovers from the sauced beef, which can be boiled with beef and beef bones, but the ingredients are used locally.

Cut all the side dishes and set aside

Bring the beef broth to a boil with a large bowl of water, add some salt, and cook the noodles until there is no white core in the middle of the noodles.

Pour the garlic sauce and sprinkle the side dishes on the noodles
Tips:
When cooking the noodles, the soup should be wider, and the water consumption should be leveled.
If the soup is short, it can become noodles. Adding oily spicy pepper is called a fragrant.
