Beef Noodles

Let the beef sit in cold water for half an hour

Put the beef in the hot water and remove the floating objects

Pour in shallots, ginger, pepper, pepper, nutmeg, cloves, bay leaves, aniseed, cinnamon, grass fruit, cumin and simmer for one and a half hours

Cut the beef into slices out of the pot

Boil the noodles in a pot for 6 minutes

Remove the noodles, pour the beef broth, add the cut beef and the prepared bitter gourd and raw chili
