Beef Noodles in Black Bean Sauce

Put the tempeh beef sauce in a bowl.

Add light soy sauce, vinegar, sugar and mix well.

Shred the cucumber.

Add the noodles after boiling the pot.

Cook until the noodles float and cut off the white core and it will be cooked.

Remove the noodles, add the shredded cucumber and the mixed beef sauce with tempeh, mix well and enjoy.
Tips:
A little sugar is added to the sauce to enrich the taste, you can omit it if you don't like it.
