Beef Noodles in Sour Soup

Make water in the pot and turn on the fire. Pour in the right amount of tomato soup base (you can use the tomato sauce to add some sugar and fry it into tomato juice) and sauerkraut (it is best to add sourness with water!)

After the water is boiled, add beef slices (blanch in advance to remove blood foam or fill with cold water to remove excess blood) and noodles. When the noodles are almost cooked, add appropriate amount of salt. If it is not sour, add some vinegar! Cook until the noodles are cooked and ready to serve!
