The origin of pizza: Legend has it that a long time ago in Italy, a mother was worried about food. There is only some flour left in the family, but there is still a young son. The kind neighbor sent her some tomatoes and cheese when she found out. The worried mother was very happy. Using these ingredients and flour, she baked a piece of cake for her son to eat. It was unexpectedly delicious.
Some people also think that pizza originated in China: when the famous Italian traveler Marco Polo was traveling in China, he liked to eat a scallion pancake popular in the north. After returning to Italy, he always wanted to be able to taste it again, but he couldn't bake it. One Sunday, when he was having a party with friends at home, Marco Polo called one of the chefs from Naples to his side and depicted the scallion pie from northern China. The chef made it according to the method described by Marco Polo. But after working for a long time, I still couldn't put the filling into the dough. Marco Polo suggested putting the filling on the pie. After the chef returned to Naples, he paired it with local cheese and condiments according to this method, which was very popular, and the "pizza" spread from then on.
Regardless of its origin, pizza is my favorite. Today I will make a pizza and share it with my family! "
