Beef Pizza Bacon

Put the main ingredients into the bread bucket in the order of water, fine sugar, salt, and high-gluten flour, dig a hole in the flour into the yeast powder, turn on the bread machine kneading program for 30 minutes, add butter after the end, and then turn on the kneading program 30 minutes. Cover the kneaded dough with plastic wrap and ferment to 2 times its size.

Spread flour on the chopping board and roll the dough into a crust slightly smaller than the mold.

Spread a thin layer of butter on the pizza pan.

Put the rolled pizza dough into the pizza pan, flatten it with your hands and press out a circle on the side.

Poke a vent on the crust with a dining fork, and leave it to rise for another 20 minutes.

Prepare other materials while fermenting. Ketchup, powdered sugar, black pepper, garlic, chopped onion, oil consumption, pizza straw, and water are mixed evenly, and heated in the microwave on medium heat for 1 minute to become pizza sauce. Finely chop the onion, finely slice the green pepper, and cut the bacon into small pieces.

Brush the whole egg liquid around the fermented crust.

Sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese sliced into thin strips.

Add green peppers, chopped onions, bacon, beef diced, and sweet corn diced.

Preheat the oven at 230°C, heat up and down at 220°C, and bake the middle layer for 15 minutes.

The pizza is taken out and sprinkled with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
