Beef Rice

Marinate the steak with salt and black pepper for 15 minutes

Fry in a frying pan and fry for 2-3 minutes on one side (first fry on high heat for about 30 seconds, then switch to medium and low heat for slow frying)

Turn it over and continue frying

The steak can be fried until golden brown on both sides (not necessarily fully cooked)

Wash spinach and stir-fry

Stir-fry for about two minutes, add salt and chicken essence to taste
