I tried to make a Shacha-flavored dish. I personally don’t like it too much, but it’s okay to join.

Shacha Beef

1. Prepare raw materials

2. Cut raw materials into thick strips.

3. Beef marinated in soy sauce with cooking wine starch.

4. Blanch Pleurotus eryngii and ground.

5. Stir fried beef.

6. Add onion potatoes and eryngii mushrooms.

7. Heat water and shacha sauce, seasoning and harvest the sauce, and serve.
