I heard that beef bone soup is very helpful for growing people. I saw a post about growing taller. The original poster jumped from 1.5 meters to 1.71 meters. From May to July of every year, there is beef bone soup stew every day.

Beef Rice Noodles

Tips:

The recipes are all large, so you must reduce it when you make it yourself!
The beef bone soup can be stewed 3 times with water.
2 catties of meat sauce will be a lot, usually half a catty is enough.
Because I like to eat it, it's very convenient to mix noodles directly.
