Beef Bone Soup with Roasted Radish

Wash the radish one by one

Peeled

Cut into chunks can be bigger

Wash beef bones in a pot under cold water, add ginger slices and cook

Remove the blood in the middle of an hour, save the soup for later

Hot pan with cold oil

Stir fry with sliced ginger

Add radish and stir fry

Add beef bone broth

Never radish

Add dried shrimp

Mix sugar, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, oyster sauce with good juice

Add radish

Stir well

Cook until the juice is collected (try to see if there is any need to add salt before boiling the pot, according to taste)
Tips:
Add beef bone broth all at once until it is boiled until the juice is collected
