Eight layers of rapeseed oil are cooked with garlic, ginger, rock sugar, and chili until fragrant. Add the beef cubes, the beef is cooked in seven layers, add the dark soy sauce, and add the Qiuxia brand red pepper oil. Stuff over low heat for two minutes, add salt to taste.

Tips:
The egg white can be mixed with beef cubes for a better taste. This dish does not add egg white because I don't like to eat eggs. Beef cubes must be cut evenly for better flavor. This beef smelt has a heavy taste and is suitable for noodles.
