Stir-fried Beef with Garlic Sprouts

Prepare the beef tenderloin, cut the beef into shreds and set aside.

Add beer to the beef shreds and stir.

Then add salt, soy sauce, starch and mix well.

Add oil to the wok and heat it up.

Add shredded beef over high heat and stir fry quickly.

Tips:
1. When marinating the meat, add starch to lock the moisture, so that the fried meat is tender.
