Beef Stew

Cut the beef into small pieces of about 1.5 cm, simmer in water, and rinse off after simmering. (It must be rinsed clean, this is very important)

Use a colander to control dried beef

Scallions, chopped green onions, ginger slices.

Pour the beef in an electric pressure cooker, add 1 piece of ingredients, add enough water at a time, cover and simmer for about 40 minutes.

When you're done, find another pot, pour the beef and soup into it, then add 1 teaspoon of seaweed, sea rice, salt, a little MSG, a little thirteen fragrance, and then put the tomatoes in, simmer for about 5 minutes, and the pot is ready.

You can put it in a bowl, sprinkle with coriander, and start eating.
Tips:
1. The time to make this dish can be controlled by yourself, some like to eat chewy, my husband likes to eat a little messy, so I make it longer.
