Beef Stew in Red Wine

Cut the vegetables into pieces, remove the beef tendons, and cut into large pieces.

Put oil in the pan, add beef, add a little black pepper, fry until the color changes, add red wine and simmer for ten minutes.

In another pot, add the sliced vegetables, garlic, and fry until cooked, add tomatoes, fry the tomatoes into a puree, add the tomato paste, and mix well.

Add the stewed beef, add appropriate amount of water, open the lid and simmer until cooked.
