Beef Stew with Curry Potatoes

Marinate beef in advance: blanch the beef to remove blood foam

Put the processed beef into an electric pressure cooker to enlarge the material bag, salt, light soy sauce, rock sugar, ginger slices and press for 30 minutes (the seasoning is outside the material)

Cut the cooked beef into small pieces

Cut potatoes and mushrooms into pieces

Frying pan

Add potatoes and mushrooms and stir fry until the edges are yellowed

Add beef cubes

Add some cooking wine and stir well

Add appropriate amount of water

After boiling, add 2.5 small pieces of spicy curry, about 55 grams

Cook on medium and low heat until the curry melts and the potatoes become soft, and finally the juice is collected on high heat

Tips:
Except for some cooking wine, no other seasonings are added to this dish. The taste comes from spicy curry.
