Beef Stew with Potatoes

Cut the beef into pieces and soak in water to remove the blood

Boil the water and remove it for control

Put in a pressure cooker, put in various seasonings, cooking wine, light soy sauce, white sugar, pepper, aniseed, cinnamon, fragrant leaves, salt and water

Simmer in a pressure cooker for 20 minutes

Peel the potatoes and cut into large pieces
6.
Put the beef and the soup in a casserole with potatoes, green onion and ginger
7.
Simmer for 20 minutes and it's ready
Tips:
Beef with tendons is more suitable for stewing
