Beef Stew with Potatoes
1.
If there is no tomato seasoning, it would be nice to use tomatoes instead!
2.
Cut potatoes into uniform and irregularly shaped pieces. Carrots, tomatoes and beef tendon are the same.
3.
The beef tendon is half cooked in water.
4.
Stir fry over high heat first, then change to low heat for 30 minutes.
5.
Just watch the potatoes get out of the pot, sprinkle with chopped green onion and enjoy!
Tips:
Before adding the soup, be sure to sauté the potatoes and carrots until golden brown when sautéing over high heat! Adding a little salt and ginger to the water when cooking beef will remove the fishy smell of beef!
