Beef Stew with Seasonal Vegetables (meow~)
1.
Prepare ingredients ~ beef appointment (girls have three small hands).
2.
Dice carrots and potatoes.
3.
One broccoli, how beautiful the broccoli is.
4.
About three to five slices of ginger, cut the green onion, ginger, and garlic into sections.
5.
Starch, soy sauce (I'm afraid that soy sauce will see soy sauce fights, so I didn't let it come out), cooking wine, pepper, aniseed, sugar, salt, cinnamon (it's embarrassing to come out to meet customers, please forgive me).
6.
Broccoli and beef are blanched separately (they like to take a hot bath, but they are also afraid of being hot). Remember not to cook for too long.
7.
Add a small amount of oil, and when the oil is hot, add the onion, ginger, garlic and dried chili and stir fry until it is fragrant. Put the sugar and soy sauce, and add the beef after the sugar has melted. (Let the beef roll as much as you want) Color, as shown in the picture.
8.
Add carrots, diced potatoes, and water over the beef. Stew ~ add a little salt when there is half a pot of water left.
9.
Put the torn into small pieces of broccoli into the pot (because the broccoli has been blanched in hot water, it should not be placed too early, it should be placed 15 minutes before the pot).
10.
Simmer on low heat for 15 minutes, until the soup is finished (wow~ the aroma is already smelled, meow).
11.
Out of the pot! Base the remaining broccoli, um, the fragrant beef goulash with seasonal vegetables is ready. Go for dinner! (That’s it~)
