Curry Apple Beef Rice Baby Food Recipe

First, process the ingredients. Peel the apples, potatoes, and carrots separately and cut them into small pieces.
*The apple is added to it for more fruity aroma and to remove the fishy smell of beef. It is okay not to add it.

Cut the beef into small cubes and put it in the pot.
*If it is a baby with a little bit less chewing ability, the beef can be processed smaller, or directly made into flakes, which is convenient for chewing.

Add appropriate amount of water to the pot, boil over high heat to remove the foam, and remove the beef after blanching.

Brush oil in the pan, add beef cubes and diced carrots, and stir-fry evenly.

Add appropriate amount of hot water, cover and simmer until the beef is fully cooked. Basically, 40-50 minutes is almost the same. You can increase or decrease the time appropriately according to your child's chewing ability.

Then add the potato cubes and apple cubes, cover and continue to simmer for about 10 minutes, until the potatoes are fully cooked.

Finally, add 1 to 2 pieces of curry and stir-fry until the soup is thick and the ingredients are soft.
*For the curry for your baby, remember to choose the curry that is not spicy, the ingredient list is healthy and there are no added ones, if you can reduce the salt, it would be better.
