A special place. Bake the spices and slowly bake them out on a low fire without adding oil.

Put the above seasonings into the pot, (taste the sweetness for yourself) add cold water. Pour the beef and SAIC for forty-five minutes. Don't rush the pot when the time is up. It tastes better if you simmer it more. Stew the potatoes the next day. Served with rice is super beautiful😉😉😉
