No-fire Re-cooking Recipe-beef Stew with Carrots
1.
Cut beef ribs into pieces; cut carrots into hob pieces; cut tomatoes into pieces; cut green onions into sections and slice ginger; put pepper, aniseed, tea, tangerine peel, cinnamon, bay leaves, and small peppers into the seasoning bag.
2.
Boil the beef cubes in a pan under cold water, remove, wash, dry and set aside.
3.
Pour oil in a pan and heat up, add the shallots, ginger slices, and tomato slices to fry until fragrant.
4.
Add cooking wine, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, sugar, seasoning packet; add boiling water to 2/3 of the beef cubes (it is said that the pot is not too draught to cook without fire, so don't put too much water). Pour all the ingredients into the non-fire and then boil the inner pot of the pot, place the inner pot on the fire and boil, close the lid of the inner pot, and cook for another 30 minutes.
5.
Add carrot cubes and some salt. Remove the inner pot from the heat, put it into the outer shell, buckle it, and close the lid.
6.
You will hear the gurgling boiling sound in the pot. Leave it alone, do what you should do, the beef will be simmered in 30 minutes.
Tips:
1. The outer shell of the pot must not be heated on the fire after avoiding the fire; in addition, be careful not to bump the energy gathering ring.
2. The sales staff said that the pot can be kept warm for 8-12 hours without the fire, but according to my observation, it is about 4 or 5 hours, which may be due to the low temperature in the northern winter.
