Beef Stew with Tomato

Celery cut into sections

Sliced onion

Tomato diced

Beef brisket diced

Boiled sirloin with cold water in a pot

Add vegetable oil to the pot, add the blanched sirloin and stir fry for 3 minutes

Add onion

Add sliced green onion, ginger, star anise and dried chili and stir fry until fragrant

Add the cooking wine to remove the fishy, add the tomatoes and stir well
