1. Celery cut into sections
2. Sliced onion
3. Tomato diced
4. Beef brisket diced
5. Boiled sirloin with cold water in a pot
6. Add vegetable oil to the pot, add the blanched sirloin and stir fry for 3 minutes
7. Add onion
8. Add sliced green onion, ginger, star anise and dried chili and stir fry until fragrant
