Beef Stir-fried Bitter Gourd

1. Main ingredients: beef, bitter gourd, tempeh, green onion, ginger and garlic

3. Beef slices, use starch, a little salt, pepper, add a little sugar and cooking wine to pick up and marinate for 10 minutes
