Beef Stir-fried Kale

Wash and slice the beef, put a few slices of ginger in the beef, stir and marinate with salt, sugar, soy sauce and starch.

Wash the kale and cut into sections with an oblique knife. Add water to the pot and pour an appropriate amount of oil, salt, and rice wine. After the water is boiled, pour the kale and cook for 2.3 minutes.

Add oil and ginger paste to the pot.

After sauteing the ginger, pour in the kale, stir fry, add a little salt and sugar to taste, and fry until about 5 minutes of ripeness and serve.
