Beef Stir-fried Sambo

Be prepared to cut all the ingredients used.

Cut the green onion into sections and smash the garlic (for frying pan).

After the oil is hot, sauté the garlic and shallots, add the sliced beef and stir fry, then add appropriate amount of cooking wine, Haitian seafood soy sauce, aged vinegar, chili oil, sesame oil and fry until the beef turns color.

Add carrots, eryngii mushrooms, and peppers in turn and stir-fry evenly.
5.
Finally, add salt and chicken essence just before it is out of the pot.
