Beef Tenderloin with Scallions and Black Pepper
1.
Marinate the beef tenderloin with black pepper sauce for 30 minutes first. If you find it bothersome, you can also buy a supermarket ready-made one.
2.
Stir in the oil pan until the color changes
3.
Add the green onions when the oil is about 70% hot, and slowly fry until the green onion turns white and color
4.
Add the beef tenderloin and stir fry together, then add a small amount of chili sauce, if the baby eats it, you can leave it alone
5.
Just serve it out
Tips:
The green onions should be cooked at 70% heat. If the oil is completely hot, the green onions will be burnt before they have time to fry.
