Beef Tendon Braised Radish
1.
Peel the radish.
2.
Cut the radish into large pieces.
3.
Heat up the radish and stir fry until fragrant.
4.
Add oyster sauce and salt after the radish is thoroughly fried.
5.
Stir-fry evenly, pour in an appropriate amount of water, cover and simmer over high heat.
6.
After the radish is a little soft, add the braised beef tendon (refer to the previous braised beef brisket operation for the braised beef tendon).
7.
After the radish beef tendon is simmered, just collect the juice. The beef tendon is sweet and delicious.
