Beef Tendon Hot Pot in Thick Soup

Thaw the beef tendon, wash it, put it in the inner pot of the electric pressure cooker, add a few slices of ginger and two star anise, plug in, adjust the "high voltage" and "trotter stall", skip the pressure and continue to press for 15 minutes.
