It's the first time to make this kind of simple pizza, but it was quite delicious.
The toast is very crispy. Compared to the filling, I seem to prefer the toast underneath.
You can try this method when you don’t want to make noodles by hand or when you find fermented dough to be troublesome. It is quick and simple, yet delicious.

Ingredients

Beef Tomato Toast Pizza

1. Prepare sliced toast, shredded cheese, cherry tomatoes, beef, and diced peas

2. Remember to slice the small tomatoes, cut the beef into small cubes, blanch the peas, and wipe dry

3. Chopped chives

4. Place the slices of toast in the baking tray, put an appropriate amount of tomato sauce on each slice

5. Brush evenly with a brush

6. Sprinkle some shredded cheese

7. Lay a layer of beef cubes

8. Place small tomato slices, sprinkle a few peas and chives

9. Finally spread a layer of shredded cheese

10. Preheat the oven to 210 degrees, put the middle layer, and bake for about 15 minutes at 210 degrees, until all the cheese is melted.

Tips:

Once the cheese is completely melted, it is ready to go out.
