Beef Vermicelli Soup

Cut beef and wash!

Pot under cold water, boil the pot and remove it for use!

The vermicelli was brought from my hometown in Shandong. The vermicelli in the south is not delicious! Soak in cold water for an hour! spare!

Put a proper amount of oil in the pot, add green onion, ginger, garlic, beef, stir fry, add rock sugar, cooking wine, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce! salt! Stir fry for a while!

Tips:
Overall it is good, adults and children like to eat, there are many old soy sauces, the color is a bit dark!
