Beef with Chili Sauce

Prepare the required beef, ingredients, and seasonings.

Add appropriate amount of water to the pot, add beef, sliced ginger, green onion, star anise, cloves, cinnamon, tangerine peel and Lee Kum Kee brine juice. Bring to a high heat and simmer for 1.5 hours.
