Beef with Enoki Mushroom and Sour Soup

1. Boiled beef rolls in boiling water

2. Prepare green and red peppers, enoki mushrooms, white vinegar and blanching water to remove and drain the fat beef

3. Put garlic, green and red peppers in the pot, stir fry, add enoki mushrooms, stir fry, then add appropriate amount of salt and white vinegar, add appropriate amount of water to boil
