Beef with Sauce

Thaw beef tendon, sliced green onion, ginger, garlic, aniseed pepper, seasoning in a small bowl and set aside.

Soak in clean water to remove blood.

Use a toothpick to pierce the beef tendon in large and long strips.

Add all the spices.

Knead it with your hands to taste, put it in an iron basin covered with plastic wrap and marinate in the refrigerator for 12-24 hours.

Place it in a casserole, add water and start to simmer;
After the water is boiled, remove the blood foam and simmer for 90-120 minutes on medium and low heat.

Finally, poke the meat with a fork or chopsticks. Poke through the meat to indicate that the meat is rotten, just turn off the heat;
After letting cool, slice into a plate and serve.
Tips:
Add garlic juice or chili oil to taste according to taste.
