Beef with Sauce

Cut beef tendon into large pieces and soak in clean water for an hour.

Soak the bleeding water and wash, marinate with soy sauce, salt, cooking wine for two hours.

Heat the pot and put the oil to fry the green onion, ginger, and garlic into the water, add the beef, add the aniseed, pepper, bay leaf, cinnamon, allspice, rock sugar, salt, soy sauce, and soybean paste.

After the high heat is boiled, skim off the foam, turn to medium heat and simmer slowly, and simmer until the beef can be pierced through with chopsticks, then turn off the heat.
