Beef with Sauce

Prepare the ingredients: Lee Kum Kee light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, stewed meat, sliced ginger

Wash the beef and cut into pieces 10 cm in length and 5 cm in width. Use half a bottle of light soy sauce, 4 teaspoons of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of cooking wine, green onion, ginger, and stew. Pick out 3 star anises and 4 bay leaves. Let it soak together for 8 hours to let the beef taste better,

Tips:
1. All you need are Lee Kum Kee soy sauce, dark soy sauce, cooking wine, star anise, green onion ginger and bay leaf.
2. Beef must be marinated for more than 8 hours to make it full of flavor. There is no need to add salt when stewing.
