Beef with Scallions

The fat beef is blanched in water and marinated in a spoonful of light soy sauce and half a spoon of oyster sauce.

Dice green onion, ginger, garlic and chili and set aside.

In a frying pan, sauté the chives, ginger, garlic and chili.

Stir fry the fat beef, add a spoonful of cooking wine to remove the fishy.

Stir-fry evenly, add a spoonful of Laoganma tempeh sauce and continue to stir-fry.

Stir evenly over high heat and then serve on the plate.

Tips:
The seasoning is salty enough, I didn't add any more salt. Those with heavy taste can add it according to their own preferences.
